There are several major electronics recyclers operating in Monroe County (including Sunnking, RCR&R and Maven Tech.) with drop-off locations. To find the drop-off location nearest you, click on the 'More Info' link for each company. Also accepted at the ecopark during all hours of operation. Cathode ray tube (CRT) computer monitors and televisions are not accepted at the ecopark. Your nearest Best Buy store will accept up to three CRTs per customer (up to 42 inch).
The Dell Reconnect program also accepts electronics and electronic waste at all local Goodwill Stores as a charitable donation. Click here to find a location.

The New York State (NYS) Electronic Equipment Recycling and Reuse Act requires manufacturers to provide a free and convenient way for consumers to recycle most household computer equipment and TVs. As of January 1, 2012, the above act prohibits waste haulers from picking up certain ewaste left curbside for disposal. See www.dec.ny.gov/chemical/66872.html for details.
