Monroe County DMVs Appointments

Important Information Before Making Your Appointment with Monroe County (NY) DMVs:

The COVID-19 global pandemic has placed new challenges on local governments across the Nation. We thank you for your continued patience as the Monroe County Clerk's Office continues to re-imagine how we provide services to keep them accessible to our residents.

Monroe County DMVs will reopen to limited in-person transactions on Thursday, June 18, 2020. However, in-person appointments will only be available for a limited number of DMV services, which have not been accessible since mid-March.

PLEASE NOTE: if you reserve an appointment for a DMV transaction that is not listed below, you will NOT be served in the offices and will be instructed to leave your completed paperwork in the dropbox outside the DMV branch. Your transaction will be processed remotely and necessary items will be mailed back to you upon completion of your transaction.

Dropboxes will be located outside, near the entrance of DMV branches and only available during the hours of operation of that branch.
