Emergency Small Business Assistance for Business Affected by COVID-19

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak in the United States, Monroe County has established a loan program to support small businesses (defined as businesses having 50 or fewer full-time or full-time equivalent employees) impacted by the pandemic. Those seeking financial assistance can click the link below. To qualify, businesses must have 2 - 50 employees and NY-45's must be included with the application.

Applications can be submitted electronically via email at or by mail to MCIDC, 50 West Main Street, Rochester New York 14614.  Please note, applications submitted by email will be processed more quickly.

The division provides administrative support to County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency (COMIDA), the Monroe County Industrial Development Corporation (MCIDC) and the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC).
