Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist
Description of Duties
This position, located in numerous departments at Monroe County, is responsible for overseeing the ongoing configuration and maintenance of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Duties include customizing and configuring workflow and solutions to facilitate ERP integration with other applications, analyzing data and developing processes to meet user requirements, as well as providing technical support, testing, and training. The employee reports directly to, and works under the general supervision of, a higher-level staff member.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be permanently employed in the competitive class at a Monroe County Department and must have served continuously on a permanent basis for twelve (12) months holding the position of Senior Payroll Technician or Information Services Business Analyst II immediately preceding the date of the written test.
