NEW Automated External Defibrillator Law
Effective 2/2/2024, Public Health Law §3000-F was signed into law requiring Children’s Camps to have an automated external defibrillator (AED) program, trained staff, and an AED on site.
- This law is in effect for the 2024 camp season
- NYSDOH is working on guidance regarding this law. Once published, it will be added to this site.
