The Local Early Intervention Coordinating Council (LEICC) is an advisory group of parents, providers, advocates and other community members interested in childhood development. The Council meets with the County's Early Intervention leaders four times each year. Members help develop, maintain and evaluate Early Intervention services to best meet the needs of our community. Meetings are open to the public.
